Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Job alerts: email address and selected role families only. No account, CV, or profile is required.
• Paid services: name, email, phone, Zalo handle, current level, target employer and role URL, uploaded CV (PDF, max 5 MB), portfolio links, and your stated review goals.
• Payment: only the request ID, fixed amount, status, and submitted payment proof. We do not store bank account numbers, card numbers, or OTPs.

Vì sao chúng tôi thu thập

Purpose limitation: alert emails are used only to send the daily digest you opted into. Service intake data is used only to match you with an assigned advisor and deliver the package you paid for. We do not sell or share your data with employers, and we do not use your CV for any purpose beyond the service you requested.

Only the operator (for payment matching and advisor assignment) and the advisor assigned to your request can access your uploaded CV and intake answers. File access is signed and short-lived.

Thời gian lưu trữ

Candidate CVs, payment proof, report copies, and advisor working files are deleted 30 days after the service is marked completed. Alert subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

• Unsubscribe from job alerts anytime with the one-click link in every email.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data before the automatic 30-day deletion, except where we must keep audit records of payment status.
